Advocacy
HFES serves as an advocate for the human factors and ergonomics field. We are involved with promoting the importance of human-centered design principles in various industries and advocating for policies and standards that prioritize human safety, efficiency, and well-being. HFES engages in activities such as raising awareness about the impact of human factors in design and decision-making processes and promoting the integration of human factors expertise in organizational practices.
